Ayia Napa Monster blog proposal

Crytozoology is the study of hidden animals; crytozoologist search for animals that existance has not been proven yet. They call these animals crytids and there are numerous types of crytids in the world, ranging from Big Foot, legendary animals of myth and folklore to even dinosaurs thought to be extinct. Ayia Napa Sea monster is a aquatic cryptid that is said to inhabit the coast off of Ayia Napa, Cyprus. Ayia Napa is located in the Mediterranean and the monster is know by some of the locals, mostly fisherman, as "The Friendly Monster" because it has never done any harm to humans. Belivers link it to the Greek mythological monster Scylla; It was "a horrible sea monster with four eyes, six long necks equipped with grisly heads, each of which contained three rows of sharp teeth. Her body consisted of twelve tentacle-like legs and a cat's tail and with four to six dog-heads ringing her waist." (Wikipedia.org)

Ayia Napa monster could exist but I highly doubt that it looks like the Scylla; it is said to be something like a crocodile or a serpent. The Ocean is vast and it will probally be far far in the future before we humans will ever know what all is down there so there could easily be things that we once thought to be extinct living down past the point we human cannot go, For example the coelacanth which was said to be extinct 65 million years ago was recently dicovered to have survived in the deep deep ocean. Which just proves that something could exist like the Ayian Napa Monster could defintely exist, it could just be very good at hiding. In the end though everone is entitled to their own beliefs and opinions so whatever the reader wants to believe is there own right.
